I'm a long time Paul McCartney fan and have purchased every release and re-release along the way. McCartney III was no different. I purchased a physical copy locally and decided to also purchase the paulmccartney.com exclusive Deluxe edition simply for the 4 bonus tracks. It is unfortunate that the bit rate quality of the tracks is terrible and non-uniform. I had hope that the quality would be at 320, or at least 256. There was nothing specific listed in the description, so I just had to go on faith. I will chock it up to lesson learned through disappointment. Thankfully I have my CD, but I would have liked the bonus tracks to be in higher quality.
