From the liner notes:

This two nights at Hammersmith London Show is the final night of Wings UK Tour 1973 spring. The show on the 27th was added to the itinerary in lieu of the originally scheduled performance at the Hippodrome in Birmingham. This performance would be made up at an alternative venue during the July leg of the tour. Tickets for the added Hammersmith show went on sale a few days earlier on the 23rd of May. Following the performance a post tour party was held at the Cafe Royal in London, completed with the obligatory superstar jam.
