From the liner notes (Disc1):

This next post is a slight departure from the previous ones of the Wings 1975 tour. I have bunch of bits and pieces of radio interviews and tour coverage from the Australian leg of the tour. My original thought was to put the coverage of a particular city with that particular show. But instead of spreading them out over a few different posts I decided to lump them all together. This worked out as they all fit nicely on one disc.
Sifting through the coverage reminded me of an old vinyl boot, “Wings Fly South”, So I went off on a tangent to go find the old disc and gave it a spin. Turned out the two interview bits on the boot overlap with the coverage I had. So I decided that I would put this all together in one post. So the second disc in this set is the complete “Wings Fly South” boot. After ripping the boot I took a look on Bootlegzone and was surprised to find it listed. Reading the comments on Bootlegzone sent me off on another tangent which I will explore in my next post, but for now we’ll keep that a secret.

Most of the tracks are self explanatory and I compiled them in chronological order. Tracks 6 and 7 are actually the same bit broadcast on two different radio stations. 9-14 are bits I received on one tape identified as Australian Tour coverage 11-10-1975. There was a lot of redundancy on the tape so I whittled it down to these bits. Tracks 15-16 are actually references to the Japan leg of the tour which never happened. Track 15 contains snippets of Australian Press Conferences with Japanese commentary in anticipation of the tour. The final track is Paul’s apology when that Japan leg was cancelled.

From the liner notes (Disc2):

Wings Fly South
Wonderland Records WL 49000
I did the very slightest of processing to the original LP. A relatively clean LP I did remove about 10-12 of the more obnoxious pops manually. There were a couple of odd breaks between songs on side two, I cleaned these up. I also did an amplification of 1.67. I did not do any other noise reduction whatsoever.
