Phoebe Lucille Bridgers (born August 17, 1994) is an American singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer from Los Angeles, California. She made her solo debut with the studio album Stranger in the Alps (2017), followed by Punisher (2020) which earned Bridgers widespread critical acclaim and four Grammy Award nominations, including Best New Artist. Bridgers is also known for her membership in the musical groups boygenius (with Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus) and Better Oblivion Community Center (with Conor Oberst).
In 2021, for the “McCartney III Imagined” project, Phoebe Bridgers reimagined the song “Seize The Day“.
I heard there was going to be a Paul three album and was super excited and then, yeah. And then I got asked, which was super wild. And my producer, Tony Berg, is like the hugest Beatles fan ever. So he was the first call I made. And we had such a good time. It was great.
