The Concert for the People of Kampuchea was held on December 29, 1979, and was the latest concert of Wings. It was professionally filmed and the end result was the documentary “Rock For Kampuchea” released in 1981.
During this night, Paul McCartney and Wings performed “Every Night“, from Paul McCartney’s debut solo album, “McCartney“, released in April 1970. This performance – as well as “Hot As Sun” – was released on the DVD included in the deluxe edition of the “McCartney – Archive Collection” in 2011.
