Oh Baby I Love You” is an improvisational track by Paul McCartney recorded on January 14, 1969, during the Beatles’ “Get Back” sessions:

Paul continues to improvise on piano, breaking into “Oh, Baby I Love You,” an unfinished song that he envisions as a Four Preps / Phil Spector type production. He plays this for several minutes before improvising another instrumental, which is halfway between a song and aimless plunking on the piano keys.
