“Squid” is an instrumental recorded at the end of 1986. It was officially released on the B-Side of the 1997 single “The World Tonight“.
In 1995, it appeared on the Oobu Joobu radio show, in a shorter version (4:02 instead of 6:25), and with the spoken words “Be A Vegetarian” repeated.
“Squid” was included in the 2020 reissue of “Flaming Pie” but was not remastered.
