According to Mark Lewisohn in “The Complete Beatles Chronicle“, The Beatles  – first as The Quarrymen –performed “You Win Again” regularly between 1958 and 1961, with John Lennon on lead vocals. However, no known recordings from that period exist.

On January 8, 1969, during the Beatles’ “Get Back” sessions, The Beatles played a version of the track.
